A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment (if applicable) and written confirmation from our team. Availability is subject to change until confirmed.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including advance amount, balance due dates, and accepted payment methods, will be discussed and agreed upon directly with our team after the initial consultation. No online payments are processed through this website.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made and any costs already incurred on your behalf (vendor bookings, materials, etc.). Specific terms will be shared at the time of booking.
